Welcome to my little spot where I share what I am learning about health, food, and cooking. As I have begun to change my terrible eating habits and move toward a healthier life, I needed a central place to categorize my new-found knowledge. Many people have asked me what I eat while on Weight Watchers as well as other questions so I posted my pantry list. Maybe there is something in this section that will be of value to you as well.
