I’m still around but not visiting your blogs too much right now–just peeking and skimming mostly. Don’t give up on me yet! This MySQL programming class I am taking is challenging me to the point that I am behind in my studies. I’m about half-way through with the course and have got to get on top of it. I am making headway, but unfortunately I have to read a chapter, take the test, then go back and reread all the previous chapters to pull it all together again before I can work the assignments. Sheesh. This is the hardest one yet but is my first foray into programming. Maybe I wasn’t quite ready yet, but I don’t know what would have been the next in-between course.
Sometimes I wonder what in the world I am doing–learning bits of this and bits of that. I don’t know if any of the bits make a half, much less a whole. Someone once told me all I needed was a mentor to show me how to use the skills I have gained. Ah, if only I were so lucky….
Well, learning is learning, and you can never know too much. Either I “get” this course or I don’t. If not, I’ll keep learning until I’m ready to pick it up again. Apparently this path is one I am supposed to be on, so I’m going forward till I fall off the cliff.

Hang in there! One of these days it will just be clear as a bell.
I left a comment at my place, but wanted to be sure you know I got a big laugh from that, thanks Cheryl! I didn’t know you were a HS Principal (Pal because you are our pal).
There’s a job I respect immensely. Even when I was in school I did. Thanks for sharing your fall story. xoxo
No way would I give up on my Cheryl. {{HUGS}} to you as you struggle through this. You can do anything! Thanks for your very sweet comments last night! xoxo
