My late sister Jamee lived in the Washington DC suburbs for years and years--I spent a lot of her last year there. Every here and again I'd get out and sight see and enjoyed it oh so much. The buildings looked so interesting, and I loved the rows of flags. Unfortunately, it was barricaded. This photo was as close as I could get.
